Are pets allowed?
NO.  No dogs, birds, cats, kangaroos...etc.

Can I view the unit?
YES.  You may call management to set up an appointment to view the units that you are interested in.

Can I cancel my lease once I have signed it?
NO.  Once you have signed the lease, it is enforced until the end of the lease term.

Can I sublet?
YES, but only with the written consent of MSH management, and only if subletter has applied through MSH management for credit check, has been approved by MSH, and has signed the lease with MSH.

Are the units furnished?
YES.  Some apartments come furnished (please inquire).

Can I see a floorplan?
Floorplan layouts will be available soon. To view the layout, please call to set an appoint, we'd be happy to show you in person.

What is a Continuing Guarantee?
This form needs to be filled out and signed by your parent or legal guardian of whom should be financially solid, and notarized to be valid . Basically, it says that if you are unable to pay your portion of the rent, your parents will be responsible to back you up. It does not matter how old you are, EVERY person needs to have a continuing guarantee or co-signer.

Are the units Equipped with a stove and a refrigerator?
YES. Most units are equipped with a stove and a regrigerator.

Are the units equipped with internet access?
NO. Access to the internet must be arranged by tennant and can be arranged with your local cable or telephone company (DSL, Cable, or Dial Up).
