Are there appointments available to view the units?
YES.  Appointments to view the units can be made by contacting the Property Mangager at 213-748-8331.

Are pets allowed?
NO.  No dogs or birds allowed.

Checkout
At the checkout, Producto Unico, Inc. collects user information including name, shipping address, and credit card info. Click on the "Checkout" link on our navigation bar and you will be automatically taken to this page. To aid our return customers ["members"], your user information is stored so that simply entering your e-mail address and the password you have selected on our checkout page can retrieve all of your non-secure data. This feature dramatically reduces the amount of time you will need to complete the checkout process.

Non-members should simply follow the directions on each page to move through the Checkout process.

Cookies
Producto Unico, Inc. requires cookies to be enabled within your browser. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.

By default, most browsers are set-up correctly; however should you encounter errors when attempting to navigate the site, just follow these directions to set up cookies on your browser:

Internet Explorer 5 Users
From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Internet Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a number of tab buttons at the top. Click on the "Security" tab. Select "Internet" content zone. If "Security level for this zone" has a slider, then set it to "Medium", or if not click the "Custom Level" button, and scroll down within the window until you've reached the "Cookies" section. Click the "Allow per-session Cookies (not stored)" option. Set this to "Enable" and then click on the OK button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Internet Explorer 6 Users
From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Internet Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a number of tab buttons at the top. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider so it is NOT set to "Block all cookies". Click the "Advanced" button and check "Override automatic cookie handling". Check "Always allow session cookies" and click on the OK button. Click the OK button that now is in focus to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Netscape 4.79 Users
From your browser window click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Preferences" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a menu cascading down the left hand side of the window. Click on the "Advanced" menu option. In the right hand side of the dialog box click the "Always Accept Cookies" option and then click on the "OK" button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Netscape 6 Users
From your browser window click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Preferences" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a menu cascading down the left hand side of the window. Click on the "Privacy & Security" menu option. This should expand the menu. Click on the "Cookies" menu option. In the right hand side of the dialog box click the "Enable all cookies" option and then click on the OK button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

State Sales Tax
Producto Unico Inc. will incur all state sales tax so that we may pass more savings on to you, the customer.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one business day.

If you are placing an order from Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, or Yugoslavia, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. Please send your fax attn: the Call Center. If we do not receive your fax, your order will be deleted automatically. Please use the following fax number: 213-747-7333

All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

Payments
A credit card is necessary for orders placed over the Internet. We accept payment via Mastercard or Visa. Mail orders can be paid by check or money order. Please do not send cash. All checks will be held for ten days for processing. There will be a $20 processing fee for each returned check.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated.

All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10 business day delivery).
We do not ship COD.

All Standard shipping orders less than $100 will be sent USPS. All Standard shipping orders more than $100 will be sent UPS Ground.

International Shipping (Including Canada)
Our international carrier is DHL. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery.
The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

Due to International Shipping laws/restrictions, we are not able to ship lighters (other flammable items) and food products internationally.

In order to expedite delivery of packages going to international P.O. boxes, we will include your phone number on the outside of the package. If you are concerned about your phone number being displayed on the outside of the package, please e-mail us at customerservice@ProductoUnico.com.

Backorders
If one or more items from your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is backordered. If an item becomes discontinued, we will contact you in the same manner we received your order [via phone, e-mail, or U.S. mail]. We do not charge your card until the item ships. We ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the backordered items separately when they come in. If your order requires two shipments due to backorder, you will only be charged for shipping the initial order.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and Producto Unico, Inc. will not accept any items for return.  Producto Unico, Inc., will not accept exchanges except in the case of manufacturer's defect.  Producto Unico, Inc. will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened. There is a $4.00 exchange fee required for all exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect. Producto Unico, Inc. will reimburse the purchaser the actual return shipping, up to $5.95, paid to return to Producto Unico, Inc. a manufacturer's defective item.
