If you are placing an order from Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, or Yugoslavia, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. We accept payment via Mastercard or Visa. Mail orders can be paid by check or money order. Please do not send cash. All checks will be held for ten days for processing. There will be a $20 processing fee for each returned check. top of page Domestic Shipping Shipping charges are determined by the number and type of items ordered and the shipping method selected. Shipping time frame for each shipping method is estimated. All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10 business day delivery). We do not ship COD. All Standard shipping orders less than $100 will be sent USPS. All Standard shipping orders more than $100 will be sent UPS Ground. top of page International Shipping (Including Canada) Our international carrier is DHL. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. Due to International Shipping laws/restrictions, we are not able to ship lighters (other flammable items) and food products internationally.
